STEP 01
MEEt with us over zoom
Your project starts with a relaxed, 1-on-1 Zoom call with Daniel. We will review your vision, timeline, current stage, and any challenges you’re facing.
You will get a clear sense of how we think, how we work, and whether we’re the right fit for each other.
By the end of the hour, you will walk away with a sight-unseen, non-binding cost range for your remodel.
On-Site Visit
+ Concept Design & Budget
STEP 02
We visit your property to assess the space and confirm project scope and expectations. If you feel there’s a strong fit, we move forward with conceptual design and budget.
Using the most trusted pricing system in the industry, you will receive a detailed proposal with a “Not to Exceed” cap. The proposal will be clearly itemized by space and scope.
Once approved, a formal agreement will be formulated, including all construction documents.
STEP 03
Permits & Final Plans
We prepare and submit your construction documents to all required local agencies. This includes design review, building department approvals, and necessary permits.
Electrical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, and other building requirements are coordinated based on your project’s scope and city regulations.
We stay on top of all agency interactions and adapt plans as needed - keeping your momentum moving forward without stress.
STEP 04
Construction Begins
With permits in hand, our in-house team brings your design to life. We start with structural upgrades, including layout changes and plumbing and electrical work.
We install new windows, doors, fixtures, and everything needed to support the structure. The result is a space that feels warm, inviting, and beautifully finished.
Throughout the build, you will receive regular updates and progress meetings with Daniel’s team. You can expect meticulous craftsmanship at every step from our seasoned crew.
Final Reveal & Walkthrough
