We create spacious entertainment areas, fashion chef’s kitchens and designer bathrooms, re-purpose spare rooms, convert non-habitable floor space, and build additions when existing floor space is not sufficient. We design and construct exterior balconies and patios and update or totally redesign gardens blending indoor and outdoor living environments. We strive to make homes safe by updating electrical wiring, adding electrical main panels, electrical sub-panels and AFCI circuit breakers. We make homes secure by installing monitored burglar alarm systems. We make homes energy efficient and comfortable by installing high efficiency water heaters and heat pumps/high efficiency central heating furnaces with zoned heating. We install modern sound systems, and high flow copper water supply lines properly sized for today’s simultaneous bathing, washing and watering demands, etc.
